Storm Lake police have arrested a 34-year-old man for allegedly striking an individual in a wheelchair with his truck and leaving the scene Sunday afternoon.

Authorities announced at 7:05 a.m. on Friday, December 20, that both suspects were taken into custody in Spearfish, South Dakota.
